Pecan Plantation

Pecan Plantation is a guarded and gated country club in Granbury. It's aptly named because the community is nestled inside a working plantation with 80,000 pecan trees. There's nothing like driving through the rows and rows of majestic pecan trees on your way home. Just be careful, there are deer everywhere. They love living in Pecan too!

Clubhouse

Many of the community functions take place in and around the Pecan Plantation Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has dining facilities, meeting rooms, a golf pro shop, a swimming pool and even 20 guest rooms. It's a great place to spend an evening in the gazebo overlooking the Brazos River.

Golf Courses

Pecan Plantation features 2 different 18 hole Championship golf courses. The Nutcracker is a private golf club near the clubhouse with a Championship tees rating of 72. Memberships are available to the Nutcracker Golf Club. The Pecan Golf Course is also a private golf course. The Pecan has a Championship tees rating of 72.5.

Tennis

Pecan Plantation has 5 lighted tennis courts. They're located near the clubhouse.

Swimming

If you don't feel like heading to Lake Granbury, try the swimming pool at the Clubhouse. There's a huge deck with lots of room for relaxing in the sun.

24 Hour Gated Security

Pecan Plantation has true 24 hour security. Both of the entrances are staffed with uniformed security personnel that are dedicated to protecting the residents, property and guests of Pecan Plantation. The security personnel also regularly drive the property in their patrol vehicles.

Marina

Residents of Pecan Plantation have their own Marina on Lake Granbury. There are full boat launching facilities as well as gasoline and other supplies. You can pick up everything you need for a picnic or a fishing trip. There are also boat slips available to residents.

Equestrian Center

Pecan has complete facilities for boarding horses, plus a riding arena. If you love to ride, they have everything you need.

Airpark

Pecan Plantation is a pilot's dream. There's a 3,600 foot long paved and lighted airstrip. There are even homes available in the Airpark with attached garages for your plane.

The Village

In the last few years, Pecan Plantation has added a few business to the community that the residents have been really excited about. It's great because these business are located right in the middle of the community.
