- 'Granbury firefighters rescue desperate hurricane victims (Hood County News) A rescue mission by granbury firefighters was cut short by increasing violence in New Orleans this week. Four local firefighters made 25 rescues by boat on Wednesday in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
