Celebration of life service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, JAN. 3, 2006, at Wiley Funeral Home. Burial was in Squaw Creek Cemetery. Visitation was held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, at the funeral home.

    'Douglass Beaty (Hood County News)Douglass Beaty, 68, of Abilene, and father of Shawn Beaty of Granbury, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2005 in Abilene. Funeral services are today, (Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006) at Southwest Park Baptist Church in Abilene. The California native was born March 11, 1938.
