'Council will consider electric rate increase (Hood County News)The granbury City Council tonight (Tuesday) will consider raising the city?s electric rates. While other utility providers already have increased rates as much as 40 to 50 percent, mayor David Southern said the city-provided electricity has not increased in cost at all.
