'Pirkle files for council (Hood County News)Laurel Pirkle filed Friday for City Council Place 5, the seat left vacant by resigning council member Steve Reid, whose term expires in May. Pirkle, 62, has lived in Hood County for 28 years; 25 in granbury proper. He works as a State Farm agent.
