The widow of Hugh Moore passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in granbury. Burial will be in granbury Cemetery.

Investigators said they believe a woman fell from an apartment at 45 Vimy Ave., a 13-storey building called Granbury Place that?s next door to the Centennial Arena.

'Former band director killed (Hood County News)Former Granbury High School band director Richard (Rick) Lee was killed Wednesday afternoon when a two-ton load of glass fell on him at Granbury Glass and Mirror off Highway 377 East. Lee, 59, was an employee there. Police said the death was accidental, and a tragic situation.
'Donald R. Lea (Hood County News)Donald R. Lea, 73, of Granbury, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2006. Funeral is today at 1:30 p.m. (Saturday, April 22, 2006) in Greenwood Independence Chapel. Entombment will be in Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
'Survivors are a son, Dayemond Lowe of Arlington; daughter, Denise Lowe of Granbury; stepdaughter, Ginger Brown of (Hood County News)Funeral services for Sammie Charlene Stone Metsgar, 72, of granbury and Stephenville, were held Wednesday, April 19, 2006 in Stephenville Funeral Home in Stephenville. She was a member of the Huckabay Church of Christ and interment was there in the Huckabay Cemetery.
